Handling method of handwheel failure during CNC machining

1. The handwheel failure occurs in the machining center. To analyze the cause of the failure, you can start from the following four points:

1. Please check whether the handwheel shaft selector switch has poor contact;

2. Please select 'Poor switch contact' for handwheel magnification;

3. Please check whether the handwheel pulse is damaged;

4. Please check if the handwheel connection wire is broken.

Second, the handwheel failure problem of the machining center can be solved from the following four points

1. Enter the system, diagnose and observe the corresponding contact of the axis selection switch (Here refers to the integrity of the connecting line), if you find any damage, you can replace the switch.

2. Enter the system, diagnose and observe the corresponding contacts of the magnification switch (here refers to the intact condition of the connecting wire), if the switch is damaged, it can be solved.

3. Take off the pulse plate, measure the power supply, check whether the power supply is normal, whether the resistance between + and A, + and B is normal, if it is found to be damaged, please replace the power supply.

4. Enter the system, carry out diagnostic observation, check the corresponding contacts of each switch, and then measure the axis selection switch, the override switch, and check whether the contacts of the connecting line between the pulse discs and the corresponding points of the input system terminals are connected and disconnected. Check that it is broken and can be replaced in time.
