The processing technology of metal stamping parts can be roughly divided into two categories:separation process and forming process.

2,The forming process is to make the stamping blank undergo plastic deformation without damage. And transformed into the required finished shape, but also should meet the requirements of dimensional tolerances.
According to the temperature during stamping, there are two methods:cold stamping and hot stamping.This depends on the material's strength,plasticity,thickness,degree of deformation and equipment capabilities, etc.At the same time,the original heat treatment state and final use conditions of the material should be considered.
Metal stamping parts need to be treated with anti-corrosion during the production process, which can effectively avoid corrosion during use. The main methods are as follows:
1,Asphalt paint coating,preheat the stamping parts before painting It can improve the adhesion of asphalt paint and accelerate drying.
2,The cement mortar lining with special coating can improve the corrosion resistance of the stamping parts.
3,The epoxy coal tar pitch coating for hardware stamping parts is a two-component coating, which has high adhesion and a very smooth surface.
4,Due to the difficult manufacturing process and high cost, epoxy ceramic lining has certain limitations in use. It has high adhesion and smoothness, and is an excellent anti-corrosion coating for stamping parts.
