A: There is not a given set of tolerances that fits all processes and materials. In every case, the tolerances we can achieve will reply on a number of factors, including but not limited to part size, design geometry, material(s), surface finish and manufacturing process.
After getting your RFQ, our engineers will review your design and point out the areas where we may not be able to achieve your desired tolerances. It will be quite helpful if you can specify the critical tolerances that must be met and tolerances that can be slightly modified if need to reduce time and costs.
