Due to the bearing accuracy of the main shaft, the quality of the artificial device of the main shaft box, the beating caused by the mechanical vibration during the processing of the main shaft and the torsional parts, the roundness of the bearing journal of the central shaft is unstable during the manufacturing process, and the front and rear concentricity exist to a certain extent. error and thermal deformation may occur during the operation of the spindle. These components all affect the accuracy of the CNC lathe spindle.
CNC lathes process some parts that require uninterrupted work, such as cylinder pumps, motors, hydraulic machinery, etc., which require continuous work for a long time (even 24 hours). During the working process, the friction causes specific internal parts, which are thermally stretched and deformed due to the processing heat, resulting in errors in the actual manufacturing size of the parts and the designed predetermined size. Therefore, the thermal deformation of CNC lathe equipment components will have a very important impact on the position accuracy of the machine.
The machining accuracy of CNC lathe machining and the overall CNC lathe machining accuracy is not only closely related to the position accuracy, but also related to the transmission system failure of CNC lathe machining, the inspection and fault compensation system, the friction of machine tool layout parts, and the tool position error. It is also related to whether the programming of CNC lathes is accurate and whether the manufacturing process is reasonable. Therefore, in actual CNC parts manufacturing, in order to improve the machining accuracy of CNC lathes, it is necessary to improve the accuracy and positional accuracy of CNC lathes.
