A: In order to provide an accurate and timely quote, we accept CAD files in DWG or DXF format and 3D files in STEP or IGES format. 2D drawings with reference dimensions are better in PDF format.

A: In most cases, we respond within 24 hours after receiving your RFQ. If delayed, we will notify you in time.

A: Yes, customer-supplied material is acceptable so long as it fits with our machine capabilities.

A: Although direct comparisons are difficult, YIFENG’s prices will be typically 20-45% less for CNC machining, CNC milling and CNC turning parts when compared to suppliers in North America and Europe. As compared to Chinese suppliers, we choose to not to compete on price but to offer the highest level of quality, fast turn-around time and professional results.

A: There is not a given set of tolerances that fits all processes and materials. In every case, the tolerances we can achieve will reply on a number of factors, including but not limited to part size, design geometry, material(s), surface finish and manufacturing process. After getting your RFQ, our engineers will review your design and point out the areas where we may not be able to achieve your desired tolerances. It will be quite helpful if you can specify the critical tolerances that must be met and tolerances that can be slightly modified if need to reduce time and costs. For better execute your order, pls clearly specify all manufacturing and technical specifications in the 2D drawings.

A: Material certification can be provided. 100% inspection before shipment. Full dimensional report is available.

A: We use a wide range of metals and plastics, with different options available depending on the chosen manufacturing process, such as aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, steel, stainless steel, POM (Acetal/Delrin), PA (Nylon), ABS, etc. We can recommend you suitable materials based on your requirements. If in doubt, do not hesitate to ask us for a recommendation.

A: As the supplier, we must guarantee our materials and workmanship based on the terms of the initial order and the information provided by you. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the parts received, or if you believe there has been an error with your order, pls contact us ASAP. We’ll check and reply you within 1-3 business days.

A: We can offer a variety of finishing services, including anodizing, plating, black oxide, passivating, abrasive blasting, polishing, brushing, powder coating, painting, surface grinding, laser marking, etc.

A: For samples, it can usually be completed in as fast as 3-7 days. For mass production, it can be finished in as little as two weeks if the parts are not very complex. And for more complex parts requiring other special features, it will take longer. For shipping methods, there are express (DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT/...), air and sea freight available. If speed is a priority for you, express will be the best option for you.

A: We’re quite willing to sign and adhere to any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement. And we have worked with thousands of customers in the past years and never allow any proprietary information to be disclosed to a third party.
