Customers need to provide us with Pantone Number. This product is made with a CNC lathe. The production process is that PMC first purchases raw materials, and then the master makes products according to the drawings. After processing, it is post-processing. Post-processing is generally chamfering, drilling grooved, drilling hole, tapping, and so on. After the post-processing is completed, the QC department will inspect the products. Our factory generally conducts a full inspection. It can only be shipped after the full inspection is OK. Surface finishes are applied after turning and can change the appearance, surface roughness, hardness and chemical resistance of the produced parts. There are the mainstream surface finish types from YIFENG, such as sandblasting, electropolished, polishing, anodized, powder coated, spray painting.
