The surface of precision machining should not have scratches, scratches and other defects that damage the surface of the parts. The unspecified shape tolerance should meet the requirements of GB1184-80, and the unspecified length dimension allowable deviation is 0.5 mm. The tolerance zone of the casting is symmetrical with the basic size structure of the blank casting. The rolling bearing is allowed to be heated with oil, and the oil temperature shall not exceed 100°C. When assembling hydraulic systems, sealing packings or sealants are permitted but should be prevented from entering the system. Parts entering the assembly must be certified by the inspection department before assembly.

After the mechanical parts are processed and bonded, the excess adhesive that flows out should be removed. The joint surfaces of the upper and lower bearing bushes should be closely attached to the upper and lower bearing shells, and cannot be checked with a 0.05mm feeler gauge. When securing the bearing pads with dowels, drill the hinges and assign the pins with the end faces on the socket face flush with the end faces on the opening and closing faces of the associated bearing bore. After the pin is driven in, it must not be loosened. When the surface turns yellow, alloy bearing bushes are not allowed, and nucleation is not allowed within the specified contact angle. The nucleation area outside the contact angle shall not be greater than 10% of the total non-contact area. The reference end face of the gear (worm gear) should be matched with the shaft shoulder (or the end face of the positioning assembly). The shaft shoulder cannot be checked with a 0.05mm feeler gauge, and the perpendicularity between the reference end face of the gear and the axis should be ensured.


Before machining and assembling mechanical parts, strictly inspect and remove sharp corners, burrs and other foreign objects left in the machining of parts. Make sure the seals are not scratched during installation. The casting surface has no cold space, cracks, shrinkage cavities and penetration defects and serious incomplete defects. The casting should be clean without burrs or flash, and the riser on the non-machined indication should be flush with the surface of the casting. The markings on the unmachined surface of the castings shall be clearly identifiable, and the markings at the positions shall meet the requirements of the drawings. Castings should be free of risers and spurs. The residual amount of the pouring riser on the unmachined surface should be leveled and polished to meet the surface quality requirements. Casting sand, core sand and core bone should be removed. Castings have inclined parts, and their dimensional tolerance zones should be arranged symmetrically along the inclined plane. Wrong type, boss casting bias, etc. Corrections should be made to achieve smooth transitions and ensure appearance quality. Non-machined surfaces of machine product castings need to be shot peened or spheronized to meet Sa2 1/2 cleanliness requirements. The surface of the casting should be smooth, free of sprues, burrs and sticky sand. Casting defects such as cold insulation, cracks, holes, etc. This is not conducive to use and is not allowed. Before painting, all steel parts to be painted must be cleaned of rust, scale, grease, dust, dirt, salt and grime.
