The purpose of cleaning the parts is to remove all kinds of dirt such as foundry sand, iron filings, rust, abrasives, oil stains, dust, etc. remaining on the surface. The cleanliness of parts after cleaning will directly affect the quality of assembly and the service life of construction machinery. Therefore, the cleaning of parts is a very important part of construction machinery assembly. To do a good job of cleaning parts, the cleaning agent and cleaning method should be selected correctly according to their materials, structural characteristics, pollution conditions and their cleanliness requirements.
Oil stains on construction machinery parts are mainly formed by non-saponifiable oil and dust, impurities, etc. Non-saponifiable oils cannot work with strong bases, such as various mineral oils and lubricating oils, which are insoluble in water, but soluble in organic solvents. There are two chemical and electro chemical methods for removing such oil stains,commonly used cleaning fluids are organic solvents, alkaline solutions and chemical cleaning fluids, etc . cleaning methods include manual cleaning and mechanical cleaning.
Five cleaning methods
a.Scrub. Place the parts in a container filled with diesel, kerosene, or other cleaning fluid, and scrub with cotton yarn or scrub with a brush. This method is easy to operate and simple equipment, but the efficiency is low, suitable for a single small batch of small parts. Under normal circumstances, gasoline should not be used, because of its fat solubility, it will damage people's health and easily cause fire.
b.Cook and wash. Put the prepared solution and the parts to be cleaned together in a cleaning tank of appropriate size welded with steel plates, and use the stove under the pool to warm it to 80 ~ 90 ℃ and cook for 3 ~ 5 minutes.
c.Spray washing. Spray cleaning fluid with a certain pressure and temperature onto the surface of the part to remove oil stains. This method has good cleaning effect and high production efficiency, but the equipment is complex, and it is suitable for cleaning parts with less complicated shapes and serious grease on the surface.
d.Vibration cleaning. Put the parts to be cleaned on the cleaning basket or cleaning rack of the vibration washing machine, and immerse in the cleaning liquid. The vibration generated by the cleaning machine simulates the artificial rinsing action and the chemical action of the cleaning liquid to remove oil stains.
e.Ultrasonic cleaning. The chemical action of the cleaning fluid is combined with the ultrasonic oscillation introduced into the cleaning fluid to remove oil stains.
Note: The cleaning method should be reasonably selected according to the cause and characteristics of oil pollution, to ensure the normal use of the parts, avoid corrosion or damage to the parts, and prevent the pollution of the environment and subsequent contamination of the parts.
