Machined parts are mechanical parts processed and formed by various mechanical processing equipment, mainly referring to the processing method without chemical reaction (or very small reaction). Mechanical processing mainly includes manual processing and numerical control processing.
Manual processing refers to the method of machining various materials through the manual operation of mechanical workers such as milling machines, lathes, drilling machines and sawing machines. Manual processing is suitable for small batch and simple parts production.
Numerical control machining (CNC) refers to the use of CNC equipment to process mechanical workers, these CNC equipment including machining center, turn milling center, electric discharge wire cutting equipment, thread cutting machine, CNC machining in a continuous way to process the workpiece, suitable for large quantities, complex shape parts.
Machining Technical Requirements
1. Tolerance requirements
(1) The unfilled shape tolerance should meet the requirements of GB1184-80; (2) The allowable deviation of the unfilled length dimension is ±0.5mm;
2, Cutting workpiece requirements
(1)The parts shall be inspected and accepted according to the working procedure, and can be transferred to the next working procedure only after the previous working procedure is checked and qualified;
(2)The processed parts are not allowed to have burrs;
(3)The finished parts shall not be placed directly on the ground, necessary support and protection measures shall be taken, and the processing surface shall not be allowed to have rust and decay and affect the performance, life or appearance of bump, scratch and other defects;
(4)There shall be no peeling phenomenon after rolling the finished surface;
(5)After the final process of heat treatment of the parts, the surface should not be oxide skin, after finishing the mating surface, tooth surface should not be annealed;
(6)The surface of processed thread is not allowed to have defects such as black skin, bump, random buckle and burr.
What is the role of precision machining technology?
Machining workshop production planning, scheduling, workers' operation, parts processing quality inspection, processing cost accounting, are based on the process procedures, processing problems in production, also often take the process procedures as a common basis, such as dealing with quality accidents, should be in accordance with the process procedures to determine the responsibility of the relevant units, personnel.
The main basis for production preparation
When the workshop wants to produce new parts, first of all, the machining process of the parts should be formulated, and then the production preparation should be carried out according to the process rules, such as: the analysis and study of the key processes in the machining process of new parts; Prepare necessary knives, clips and measuring tools; Procurement or manufacturing of raw materials and blanks; The purchase of new equipment or the modification of old equipment should be carried out according to the process.
