We provide machined plastic solutions in the form of prototypes, parts and assemblies, capable of producing low to medium volumes, high volume production and long term specialist contracts.
In addition to high-performance plastics, we can perform precision engineering on ferrous and non-ferrous metals and other specialty materials.
Working with our customers, we are committed to providing you with innovative solutions.
Our extensive experience in turning and milling provides PTFE machining with tight tolerances. CNC precision machining is tailored to individual customer requirements to produce high-quality parts with high precision.
CNC precision machining is a cost-effective solution for machining parts with complex shapes and/or tight tolerances, especially for low-volume projects. CNC precision milling can produce almost any shape of material that can be approached by rotating cutting tools. With in-house custom fixture capabilities, we specialize in precision milling and machining of difficult-to-set, difficult-to-manufacture castings, forgings, and other metal parts.
The turning process includes cutting, facing, threading, forming, drilling, knurling and boring. We can use Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Bronze, Copper, Iron, Nickel, Tin, Titanium, Inconel and more. We can also process plastics such as ABS, polycarbonate, PVC and PTFE. Workpiece sizes range from less than 1' in diameter to ~10' in diameter to ~12' in length, depending on part configuration.
Milling/turning centers to perform simple to complex turning, milling, threading, drilling, boring, tapping and knurling operations. Materials range from aluminium and plastic to various iron, steel and stainless steel. We can handle hot rolled and/or cold drawn material. Workholding is usually accomplished with a 10-inch 3-jaw chuck.
CNC precision machining centers provide additional channels for parts. This means that multiple faces of the workpiece can be machined in a single setup. As a result, a part that can be done six times on a vertical machine can be done only twice on a horizontal machine. Performing batch machining or having the ability to access multiple sides in one setup can result in higher part quality. The ability to reduce setup, handling and machining time makes horizontal machines an ideal solution for repetitive jobs in small batches.
