Introduction
ABS, also known as Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, offers a good balance of impact, heat,
chemical and abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, tensile strength, surface hardness, rigidity and electrical characteristics.
ABS can undergo various post-processing treatments, including coloring, surface metallization, welding, electroplating, bonding, hot pressing and more.
Plating is a process where a conductive surface is covered with a thin layer of metal. It is commonly used to prevent corrosion, increase durability, alter surface friction, and improve appearance.
